Ready to buy - Here are the dealer prices I got today

I'm a day or two from buying a 2011 Tundra 5.7, SR5 TRD off road double cab.

Here are the particulars:
0.0% interest - 60 months
Trade in was listed at $6200 but I've gotten it up to $7000.
$34999 MSRP
$1250 Hard tonneau cover (i need for work)
I've also asked for wheel upgrades. I've picked the 20" Platinum rims, also the same ones come on the LTD Sequioa - Rims/tires $3000.
No under coatings - ziebart
No extended warranty

This is how it all works out by the numbers:
$34999 (MSRP)
+1250 Hard cover
+3000 Rims/tires
= $39,249
-$7000 trade
= $32,249
+ $2579 tax
= $34,828
Divided by 60 months
= $580.00 per month

The terms we've agreed on get the monthly to $549.00

Sound good or not?

I went to 4 dealerships and this is the best I've gotten so far.

MSRP is worthless. The dealership should show you the truck's invoice. I paid $100 over that amount (plus tax, etc). Do NOT use MSRP as a starting point.
