Not wanting to sound like a smart-ass, but shouldn't you start negotiations from Invoice and not MSRP? Most dealers will tell you what invoice is on a truck, and even with bloated add-ons, it should be a better starting-point than MSRP. I spent some money in December for a website that guaranteed to show me what invoice was on the truck and all add-ons, later to see that autos.msn.com had nearly the same invoice numbers. I start with invoice, subtracted rebates, then continue on downward. Maybe it will come out to $31925, maybe not. With regards to whether it’s a good deal, there are so many variants of “CrewMax”, that it’s tough for ME to guess what’s good and not good.
