Problem after Oil change

Dear Fellas,
I Live in Abu Dhabi.
The Reason I joined this forum is a problem with my Vehicle which has a strange problem ,
I would appreciate any help from fellow members ,
the Details are;
I own a TOYOA HILUX 2X4 2009 Model(THAILAND).
till date KM Meter 95000,
Tyre 8 Months Old , Fit Enough to with stand this summer .
yesterday i change the oil and filter after 5000 KM,and the necessary check up which has been the routine since 2009 .
But the strange thing is that the Vehicle is now Very Noisy In motion and it seems as if the vehicle is held back by some force .
before changing the oil, the vehicle was cold , .

this vehicle has been with me since 2009 , it has been never like this before.
Please help .

I moved your thread to the proper forum I think...I googled your model and I'm not sure if its the same as USA/Canadian trucks. It sure looks different.

Stupid question-are sure it was the oil that was changed?

are you sure your oil filter is a genuine toyota or equivalent.
