2007 Tundra front differential leaking. Help!!!

I've got a 2007 Tundra 4x4 with a 6" procomp lift and 35" Mud Tires. The truck has 46000 miles and suddenly developed a Leak from the Driver's side front differential seal. After three weeks in the shop and replacing the shaft, seal and bearing, my tech is at a loss. The seal is still leaking. The shafts don't seem to be in a bind at all and there is no apparent reason. He said he's out of ideas. Really need some help with this one. Anybody?

I recall there is a TSB for the Tundra regarding transmission fluid leaks, but I don't know if it's applicable to your situation. You might want to look up the TSB list for your model year Tundra and check it out.

I'm pretty sure that the differential is not the transmission, so won't apply.

The LIFT will *definitely* add strain to the diff, even if everything seems to be moving smoothly. The strain, while in motion, is probably enough to pull the shaft slightly off center. If the shaft isn't perfectly centered in the seal, it WILL LEAK. I am nearly 100% positive that the leak is related to the lift.

Precisely what bearing was replaced?
