Sporadic clicking sound

Please help, this is driving me crazy and will soon cause a wreck if I don't find this noise.

I have a sporadic click in my new 2011 Tundra (only 6K). It occurs when the vehicle is first put into motion. It is a single click only, not a series of clicks. I want to clarify. It is a single click, but you will hear several in a row if you go over bumps or you may hear two clicks if you go around a sharp curve then straighten out. It seems to be coming from the console/ dash area. I cannot pinpoint it while I'm driving. It doesn't seem to be coming from outside the vehicle so I have ruled out the usual suspects.

I have taken everything out of the console. I have turned every accessory on and off. Doesn't matter, it still makes a click when starting in motion or turning.

I read one thread with a similar problem. They said the dealership fixed something related to the wiper motor and the click stopped. I will check this area tomorrow.

Any ideas?

Check the main engine harness mount post that is welded to your firewall on the engine side of your glovebox.. The main engine harness is a black tape wrapped harness that has a plastic clip that slides onto the post... The inside of the clip is metal... When it is partially off or loose from the mounting post, it makes a tapping sound that you hear on bumps occasionally.. It's hard to spot because the harness looks secure but could have worked loose and annoys the hell out of you with a mysterious tapping from what seems to be behind the glove box.... My dealership could not find it but I did when I jostled things around in the motor compartment to see what was loose...

I cured it with an additional cable tie around the whole clip/harness/post assembly.. Hope this helps
