what to check

check under your valve cover, im pretty sure the 95 has sparkplug tube gaskets inside the valve cover they keep oil from seeping in to the spark plugs. thier should be one for each plug. they can be removed and replaced very easy. i have a 89 corolla 1.6 motor 275000 miles that was doing the same thing no sign of oil leaking it would only smoke on startup changed the timing belt and noticed the cracked gaskets letting oil get on plugs and burn off check it out it will probally take care of your problem for under 20 dollars take care sledge
