The car is still at the dealers....they need to install fuel injectors now and that will be over 700 bones. They are talking with Toyota again to see if they will help. I think we just ended up with that one in a million vehicle that has problems galore. I will sell this car and go for the RAV 4. We are driving the Camry now, (06) as a loaner. It is very nice. I would consider looking at that model too. Thank you for all the suggestions on future car purchases. I think this will all fall into place. So many people I talk to love their Prius'. I did too but the cost of fixing it is amazing should something go wrong. I promise to always get a extended warranty with every vehicle I buy from now on. This was an excellent lesson for us.
