Nanny Staters are Numb-Nuts like YOU that think we're better off with the
government taking responsibility for everything. You want the governtment
to take care of everything. Guess what? This isn't Soviet Russia, a state
which basically collapsed of its own weight.
I forgot you only speak Liberal English. Two words that you probably don't
understand no matter how I put them: "Personal Reponsibility".
As amazingly stupidly liberal as you are, I'd be surprised if you can walk
