thanks for the heads up and sorry for the crap they've been giving you. Some co. are just asses about it. Ask to talk to their immdeiate supervisor and threaten them that you'll report their asses to the BBB (better business bureau!!!) That'll scare'em!

all the time for my 2001 celica and I always get speedy service and awesome products. They even went right to the manufacture to order my exhaust because they didn't have it in stock themselves. the order took a few extra days but it beat me looking around for it. Anyway sorry your having issues, but i'm always going to order from
