I Bought, I should say I payed for a new keyless entry remote on ebay,28 bucks. I waited 2weeks for it to arrive, nothing. Emailed the guy,said he sent it the day after the auction,wait 2 more weeks,nothing. Email again,guy says he'll send another...wait 2weeks nothing. Email again never responds back, try to file a complaint with ebay they say its been too long they wont do crap. Ebay sucks man this is the third time Ive been ripped off on ebay. Im gonna report it to the credit card company. Anyhow The guys seller I.D. is autopimp He is in Canada so buy from this jerk at your perril.

ebay and/or paypal should be able to help you with this issue. They've certainly helped me before. I'm not sure if i waited for 30 days but it was sure as heck close.
And for future reference, do not wait for that long. I understand the guy told you to wait but honestly you need proof of his shipping etc. So get tracking numbers etc.

I had a good friend that bought an old Chevy Caprice coupe. Like a79 model form a guy in New Jersey. He did get the car but it took about 3 months for it to show up. The guy kept giving him the run around about the title and passing smog test. Then come to find out the car was not titled in his name but the name of some lady that had donated it to a charity and this guy bought then sold it without the title and on and on and on. LIke I said he did get the car but it took him almost 3 months to get it. LIke others said jsut make sure you check feedback relaly good and know as much about him as you can.
