Upon opening the package, I discovered that one of the tubes were damaged. I emailed them and the next thing I knew, a new one was on the way. They had just informed me that they shipped it. I would have thought that they would make me send them back the damaged one...but shipping costs more than the actual product. Although i realize that the product was cheap, only 5 bux, they gave me awesome customer service. I am impressed.
