Yea EAP is next to BC in terms of poor service. Myself and other Maxima/Celica owners also had some bad experiences with them.

The EAP store owner is a racist, he judges people's wealth by looking at how you dress/which race you are. Well I'm a chinese but I have friends who are not told me some bad stories about them. Basically the owner BS'ed an estimate at my friend's friend on a full body-kit plus a paint job on his Mazda. He thinks that they're not serious at their purchase and he dared my friend's friend to open up his wallet right there and see how much money he got in there.
When I got my STB there, the order was 3 weeks late and the store owner blamed it's the manufacturer's fault for the delay even though he had made a promise that it'll arrive within the certain week. He then said my purchase is not important to them because they're not making big bucks from me, etc....
Woah, I guess no one likes the shops in that plaza!
How the hell do they stay in business? They got some magic trick on making money with no customers?
If someone treated me like that, i'd walk out. Who the f*** cares how much money is in my wallet...it's money that I would have otherwise spent at your shop, but since your such a jackass, i'll walk over to BC auto!

they stay in business because 1) quite frankly, the sell stuff that others don't carry and 2) people are so fixated on having a certain part, that they'll risk anything to have it...even if it means not having the part!!!
Heh. Once when my bro was looking for a wing, he went into EAP, and asked how much a 2.5RS style wing would cost. The guy pretty much told my bro that if he didn't want one of the ones on display (which he didn't like), he wouldn't sell him a wing. He woudln't even look in the catalog to see if he could get one. Funny thing was, my bro really wanted to order a wing that day.
