Avoid Keyes on Van Nuys

If you are about to buy a car and you go with Keyes on Van Nuys you will reach the same conclusion that I have reached; DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. They used to call me everyday when I was about to buy the car until I got it. Months later, I had a question about my warranty and everytime I called nobody was there, they put me on hold for 30 minutes one time and for 2 months I couldn't talk to any one of them. I told them, hey I didn't buy a pack of gum, I paid 20,000$ so there has to be somebody who can answer my question. After that, they let me talk to a mechanic that had no idea about what I was asking. Then I called for the last time saying: I need to file a complaint. The lady was so rude and told me the person who handles complaints is not here, sorry you can't file a complaint. I'm like what the hell is this place I do not want to go to this place another time.
