If you live in the Easton, PA or Phillipsburg, NJ area and need a good trustworthy mechanic for your Toyota (or any car), may I recommend Yankee Auto Works in Easton, PA.
They took care of my 89 Camry V6 (clutch replacement) and did a superb job.
They provide over-the-phone-quotes, a breakdown of all pricing, and excellent customer service including a status of the work performed when you need it.
In addition, the car is road tested well before they hand it back to you; and they back up the work performed in the event of anything questionable.
Often there are times that we read threads in TN about one of our own getting screwed over by a mechanic. With that being said, I'm with hopes that this thread (along with other positive ones in the past) proves that there are still good trustworthy shops that we can rely on when necessary.
