Wanted to give you a heads up on an online dealer. Streetbeatcustoms.com, after placing an order with them on Nov. 6 and sending various emails to them while getting no response about my order or its status I finally called (yes, should have done so earlier) and spoke with someone about the matter. Come to find out, the part I was ordering they didn't even have it in stock, they order from another place, gets sent to them, then to me.
Anyway, after speaking with the customer CS rep he explains to me that once they receive it it will be sent to me right away, blah blah blah. I explained to him that waiting sometimes isn't a problem, but the least they could do is let customers know the status of an order by communicating via email, etc. I also explain to them they shouldn't take orders if they don't have the freaking item in stock.
If I had known that, I would have taken it elsewhere.
