No response from Toyotanation Webmaster

I had ordered a part from a vendor here on the sight from Parts.com. That order was placed 3 weeks ago and still have not recieved anything from them. I called the phone # listed on my bank statement, and got a Government agency instead. Listening further on the call, it then states if calling about Parts.com please dial a different #. I called that # and then they tell me to Email for a response at Parts.com. I have done that and still have not recieved a response.

I went to my bank to dispute the charge as I feel I have tried all orderly attempts, and was told to keep trying for another week, then come back to dispute. I have written the webmaster for advice here and have not heard anything. As a first time to order from a vendor on this sight, it sure hasnt left a good impression.

B. parts.com is not affiliated with Toyotanation and they're not a supporting vendor on this site, all they probably did was run their add on this website or on google ads.

Hopefully you will get a response from someone on this issue, I'm moving this to the Feedback forum.

I myself don't usually deal with people or businesses whom I cannot go to in person and complain or get my money back.

Exactly. You said you contacted the webmaster, who did you contact and how? Have you tried contacting Parts.com?
