Here's another complaint on this company. They advertise "free shipping" on orders over $50 loudly on their web site but it's a lie. I'd like to know anyone that has actually gotten free shipping.

As soon as I hit the "purchase" button I saw they slipped in a shipping charge. I immediately called customer service and she said it was because it came "from a different warehouse." That's B.S.

So I said I wanted to cancel the order and she said that is not possible. That also is B.S. I had JUST placed it!

So I planned to return it, but the return procedure is incredibly complex and would end up costing me more money.

I just hope the carb kit is the right one.

ive gotten free shipping 2 times now for my self and once for my cousin, how did you not get it? i just ordered pads and a cabin air filter for my avy and no problems. My cousin ordered running boards and blacked out tail lights for his explorer and even though it was heavy as hell it was still free. sure you didnt accidently pick the 2 day shipping.?
