Canton Racing Products = incorrect parts, poor customer service, and lies...
Here's the story.
I ordered valve covers from Canton with an oil fill on one and a breather stack on each cover.
5 weeks later, I receive my valve covers but only 1 cover has the stack installed. I call them and they tell me to send it back and they will install the stack. I tell them that I need the cover ASAP (track day on Monday) so if they could add a stack to one in stock and send it to me along with a return tag for the faulty one it would be better. They refused to do that and said that they can't. After discussing it with Tim he finally says that don't have the valve covers in stock to modify so they have to use mine.
Yesterday I send the one cover back. Today I have my friend Tonya call to see if they have the valve covers in stock, AND THEY DO!
I called back and talked to Mike. I explain the situation and HE DOESN'T CARE. He states they'll use a valve cover that's in stock, IF I PAY FOR IT TOO!!!
Mike then tells me that they are working with me by taking my valve cover back and doing the modification that I'VE ALREADY PAIR FOR! He then states they are making it right by PAYING FOR THE RETURN SHIPPING ON THEIR SCREW UP!!!
WTF!
They screwed up (it happens), then wouldn't do anything out of their way to make it right, and lied.
In conclusion. Canton Racing Products has the worst customer service, and they're liars.
