Problem With RockAuto shipment

I ordered parts from RockAuto for my 2004 Camry V6 disc brakes. One item,Raybestos part #H15874A, was not the item I had ordered. The box carried the correct part # but the contents were for the Japanese disc brake,Raybestos part #H15879A. Now Rockauto wants me to ship the part back at my expense. The part cost$4.52 and I don't intend to spend more than the part cost shipping it back. And one other note. The cost listed by Rockauto for part #H15879A is $17.30. I have e-mailed their customer service but have not received a reply. My first and last experience with Rockauto. Bah humbug. I'll give to the parts to any member who has a car with the Japanese design brake for the cost of postage which is about $5.00 something now. Regards

I'm sorry for the issues you've had
I've ordered from Rock Auto a bunch of times, with well over $1000 in parts from them, and I've never had any issues.

Wanna know something interesting? Their customer service building is LITERALLY a mile and a half from my work.

Yes, the kit I ordered was $4.52 and their price for the kit I received is $17.30. After two unanswered e-mails,I finally got hold of their service dept. after a ten minute wait on the phone and a very polite woman took the information and said they would ship me the correct kit. I hope they don't ship me another Raybestos kit with the correct part number on the box but the wrong kit in the box. The woman told me to hold on to the kit for the Japanese brake for a couple of weeks. She said the 'warehouse' may want to look at it but is seems they don't want the kit back. So I will be stuck with a brake kit I have no use for-Raybestos part #H15879A.
