After 3 weeks, I'm finally going to make this thread. When I think of the dealing of this sad excuse of a business many negative terms come to mind...
Alright lets get this going.
Aug 27th I order a tire/wheel package of Kyowa Kr626(unsure if accurate model). I get an email that says my order has been confirmed(invoice) and I would receive a phone call within 24 hours.
I do not. I call in, after about 15 minute wait (no exaggeration), I get a rep by the name of Miguel. He tells me oh turns out they are out of stock and he will call their Florida distributer tomorrow to see if they were in. Tomorrow comes along, they aren't. He tells me he can get me a great deal on other rims, I say sure Enkei EKM3 (which were in stock, gave me for a slightly increased price of 930ish). Of course I get an automatic Invoice right away and they pulled the money. No big deal
I email him about getting a tracking number the next day, no response. That Friday (Sept 2nd) I call in, (17minutes exactly) I get another rep, mind you leaving voice mail for Migeul on his extension obviously didn't help at all. Rafeal tells me they are "special order" (I'm sure). He tells me he has 18' Enkei in stock, in factory, he can get them for the same price. Like a fool I say sure! I tell him unless I can get a tracking number by that next friday I will cancel order, he says sure no problem. I call Friday, no response, email THE WHOLE COMPANY that weekend no response at all. Mind you they state they are open weekends on specific times. I called then, nothing. I set up a dispute with American Express on Friday, they tell me it should be completed by the end of the month if the company doesn't already cancel for me.
Finally today I try calling again nothing, I get an email from Jeff their "customer service manager" saying it takes 10-15 days to ship, and then even if I cancelled it'd take 7 days to do so. I tell him that it was too late I set up a dispute and I will be cancelling, if they dont respond accordingly I will be talking to an attorney. I get my cancellation in about 10 minutes (sure was quick huh ) then he informs me of a 10% "restocking fee" I laughed, told him I wouldn't be paying any restocking fee at all as there was no tracking nor was there any other action by their company. Going to let AmEx deal with them.

Bad Experience with WheelsNext, filled with false promises, DO NOT purchase from them. F$#* that company.
P.S. Called WheelFire someone picked up the phone in about 2 minutes.. lets hope for better luck on this one.
Thanks for posting. I was browsing WheelsNext for some wheels but now I won't be purchasing from them. Good luck and let us know how WheelFire works out.

I got burned by a place called Dealer Cost Car Audio, don't shop there either. Luckily got my money back after I found out they were sued and had to pay restitution. I will always check BBB before I shop with any new company online.
Got my Enkei EKM3s from eBay. Less than 900 shipped I believe

They'll try to give you this amazing price, dont even call in!
Why not just stick to Discount Tire Direct or Tirerack? Both have outstanding service. DTD will also give you the lowest price if seen elsewhere. The best service & best price...why shop anywhere else? I've shopped there for many years with nothing but positive results.

TireRack is fairly expensive compared to other dealers. And DTD only has a small selection of wheels. I buy tires from DTD but haven't made a decision on a wheel from them. It's good to browse around though.

Sorry man!! I purchased my first set of wheels from elementwheels.com (AZ company) and my wheels were in CA (Axis Brand). So it took a week to get them, but Axis in CA is terriable to work with. Elementwheels were easy to work with. Second set I purchased from Tire Rack and I received my wheels in two days. Great service!!! As the saying goes "You get what you pay for".

The thing that strays me away from Tire Rack is the prices are expensive, especially with shipping and everything it adds up...

+1 on the tirerack deal, WheelFire so far is actually realllly responsive. We will see by the end of next week if they hold up to their "A" rating by BBB!
