I am writing here after struggling with Toyota showroom staff and having no response for my emails, facebook and website compliants submitted in last 10 days.
I can't believe that a respectable company like ALJ is not responding to compliants recived via web site, facebook etc.
i am not sure what is the purpose of having compaints section and public relations department if nobody is going to respond ever????
here is my story.
I have recently got riped off by a sales man at Toyota Khobar, got my new GXR V8 Landcruiser with major accessories missing, I paid for Navigation and Collite (glass tinting) while i received the car without Collite and missing navigation software.. the sales man at showroom simply refused to help me and denied to give any of the missing parts.
my invoice clearly shows what is supposed to be included...
I have moved out of Saudi with my new Landcruiser and my only source of contact is email,web and phone... and no luck in getting any response on either of those channels...
appreciate if someone can connect me to someone at ALJ who can help.
