Bad service from wheel site
I attempted to buy a wheel/tire package from BestWheel.com. Made some upgrades over the phone and thought the deal was all set. Basically $750 from a $599 package ad price. When I checked back for tracking info was put off twice. Then I was told that the wheels that had apparently been in stock were in fact out of stock but would be coming in in a day or so. After several more phone calls, I was told that the order was ready to ship. When I had the sales man run through the order, upgraded tires were not mounted but rather the cheaper ones. I called to speak with someone in charge of this operation to provide some guidance to the obvioulsy confused staff. Got a confrontative message back from the salesman that sold me. He started giving me a hard time over his incompetence and basically encouraged me to cancel my order, which I did. I can't really figure out how trying to punk down your customers after you don't follow through is good business. I took my order to Gotwheelsandtires.com. They gave me the exact same deal and did exactly what they said they would. on what I know, I would recommend these guys based on follow-through and customer service.
