On the seventeenth of July I placed an order for KYB struts and shocks & Eibach Pro Kit springs that came to a total of $408.47.
For almost a week, their website has said that my order was "processing." I sent them an e-mail yesterday to inquire about the status of my order . . . . about an hour later I receive an e-mail from my paypal account stating that the payment I had sent them had been refunded, with a note from them letting me know the items were out of stock. I went back to jdmautogames.com and checked my account, and my order was gone. I then checked to see if the item descriptions showed that they were out of stock, and what do you know, each of the items had jumped up about $50 in price and were both conspicuously in stock. Rather that paying $400 for my order I would have to pay close to $500. It seems to me that these shady businessmen cancelled my order because I had placed it before they were able to raise the prices.
Needless to say I did not replace my order. Maybe some of you have done business with jdmautogames.com and have had a pleasant experience, but I certainly did not. I just wanted to give a heads up to anyone who was looking to make a purchase through this website. If this is the way they run their company, definitely STAY AWAY!!
