Unhappy What to do???

Hello all,

Im new here but need some advice... here is my dilemma...

I purchased a NEW 2005 Toyota Tundra 4-door on 5/9/05. One week after I took posession, I tried the A/C and it wouldnt blow cold. Called dealer and was instructed to bring it in. Once there, they asked me "WHEN DID YOU GET IN THE ACCIDENT???". I told them that I had just gotten the truck and had no accident. They informed me that the front had been hit and the A/C condenser was punctured. Upon further inspection, we found that the grill had also been replaced. I told them I wanted a new truck, they refused. I told them to go after the dealer that they transferred the truck from(who did the damage), but they refused. I asked them to inquire with that dealer as to what exactly happened. They refused as the did a lot of business there and "DIDNT WANT TO RUFFLE ANY FEATHERS"!!! I told them I was upset and not going to lay down. The Owner told me he would GUARANTEE the truck and that it was on my record. The parts were ordered and installed, but have had numerous A/C probs. Called Toyota, and they put me through an arbitration process, which doesnt deal with damage prior to delivery. Today was the meeting, and the woman from Toyota told me that the truck is fine, and the problems are in my mind!!!

I have hired an attorney and am going to take this to court. Anyone have advice or similar story???

That really sux. I don't have any tips other than be patient and persistant. If I dropped that amount of money on a NEW truck, I wouldn't settle for anything less. G/L and keep us updated.
