Pb2themax, can explain better than me...but from experence, if you leave the bug guts on the paint for a period of time, they etch the paint,clearcoat or both! Then when you polish the car the polish says in the etching. The front of the coupe with the megenta color shows like hell, up close! I purchased a red colored polish to fill in the etches, and it helped some, but a repaint is in the future for sure!
Thats one reason my other two vehicles are white!!
