It will get most of the water off the car. You can use your fingers to make the silicone meet the contours of the vehicle to get more water off. It's not difficult to use and it speeds up drying by about 1/3 - 1/2 because you will miss some spots or water will accumulate where you lifted the blade. __________________ 2007 Camry 2.4L 5M
