Question on pricing and model selection

We are looking at a 2012 Highlander SE FWD V6 with a sticker price of $37900. It has a few options like: Running boards, carpet mats, legal tint, tow prep, toyogaurd elite.

We are also trading in a Rav4 lease that currently has a payoff of 28100. At most dealerships we have been getting trade in offers of 24500 or less. This dealership seems to be juicing the trade in value to get the payment lower.

Our out the door price is $34350 which includes 6% tax/tag/title. To me this seem to be a great deal, just wanted another opinion. Should I ask for any additional items (All weather floor-mats, cargo netting, etc.)

The other option is a Limited 2wd no NAV that would be $35500 OTD. I don't like the idea of expensive tires but like the upgraded leather, 3 zone climate control, upgraded radio, and intelligent key system. Payment would be about $20 more a month.

Any suggestions on which one??

Personally, I'd have to see more detail on the numbers from both deals to be able to offer an opinion.
