The manual for the audio and nav systems that came with my new 2013 Highlander appears to be for earlier versions. Is there a version for the 13's that is available on line or from Toyota. Having a difficult time with the Nav. May have to buy a Garmin and just leave this one as a radio. Thanks for any help.
I was actually looking something up on a 2013 HL manual yesterday, so good timing with your question. Usually toyota publishes all their manuals on toyota.com/owners. They didn't have a "navigation" one for the 2013's entune unit. Being they put this radio in to make the spec sheet look good for only 1 year (and it looks like an after thought), I wouldn't be surprised if they didn't make one.
Just recently purchased a 2013 HL LTD and quite teed off that the manual doesn't cover the Nav they sold me. Have expressed my displeasure to my Salesman, Sales Manager and General Manager. They, of course, were not even aware of such "details". It appears to be as sweeneyp said. There is no such up-to-date manual so don't waste any more effort. If I do run across something, I will post here.
OTOH, I am brand new to Navigation Systems and the outdated manual is sufficient enough to educate me and fully covers all the features. Ironically, my chief complaint is the old one included some features that are NOT on my unit! For example, a Vehicle button which, among other things, shows exact tire pressures for EACH tire; that feature we don't have.

You are correct. The manual that comes with your '13 Does not include the device installed in your vehicle. Even it it did cover it, it's one of the poorest written manuals I've seen.
The navigation doesn't work that bad, but it isn't as good as my 5-year old, $150, TomTom from a feature or display stand point.

Are you saying that the previous generation of Navigation system show exact tire pressures? I can't seem to find that on my 2010 Limited. I have the TPMS light and such, but where is the "vehicle " button?
AWL in--All I know is the book that did come with the 2013's, under Setup, has a Vehicle Button that shows more Fuel Consumption and average speed data than the MFD and also has a TPMS display that shows the actual tire pressure for all 5 tires around the outline of the vehicle. 2013's do NOT have that feature so I assumed it was on the immediate prior version.

If you're asking me, I haven't the slightest idea.
i thought the nav in the 4runner i test drove looked like the 2013 hl. you can check out the manuals for the 4runner here.
However, I don't know how similar they are.
