Black aaftermarket rims on black or gray 08 sport

Hi all,

I am getting a black or gray 08 Sport HL soon. I am seriously looking into replacing the sport wheels with all black rims.

I am thinking of going with 6 wide mags in black.

I know there are 5 bolts and the tires are 19", but I need to know the specific measurements that would enable me to shop for the proper rims. I am completely new to this, so any info on where, how, or how not to shop for new rims would be helpful.

Also, what can I expect to do with my factory sport rims? Anyone want to make an offer on here? Any wheel places buy them? eBay?

Any help on how to buy would be great, or any advice as to how that color scheme might look would be very appreciated.

Thank you!

if you will post a link to the wheel that you like I could photoshop them on for you so you could see what they would look like on the HL

The factory wheels are 19x7.5 with a 35mm offset with a 5-114 bolt pattern.

Your best bet for selling the original wheels is here (there was someone with a base model wanting some a couple days ago) or on Ebay.

Black vehicles (or dark colored vehicles) with black rims (with a touch of polished aluminum on them somewhere - usually the rim) always look nice. If you get it done, be sure to post up some pictures for us!

It reminds me of an old 1920's delivery truck.

Yes it is hideous and comical at the same time

I'm interested in your OEM wheels. Do you still have them?

Does the same go for a Base model? I'd like to have a set of wheels with snow tires on them. Not that we get to use them much in St Louis
