Engine immobilizer for 08 Highlander Base

Hi, new to this forum. I just bought a used 08 Highlander Base. How would I know if it has the engine immobilizer installed? And if I don't have it, how can I have it installed and how much would it cost me?

I can't remember if you can find the option codes on the door sills or the glove box dept. So I think the fastest way is to take it to the dealer, and get them to run the Option Codes for ya. If there is a QB, PN, or a PR, then you have the Engine Immobilizer.

QB Extra Value Package 2
Includes black roof rails, tonneau cover, manual rear air conditioning system with rear vents for second and third rows, engine immobilizer and Daytime Running Light Package (includes auto on/off light control system).

PN Anti-Theft Alarm w/Immobilizer
Includes remote anti-theft alarm system with panic button and engine immobilizer. NOT AVAILABLE with PR.

PR Immobilizer
Includes engine immobilizer.

PR is $60 MSRP/$48 Invoice. But I am not sure how much will it cost to get it installed. Hope someone will chime in.
