Leftover '09 Big Discount?

In the market and wondering if the buyer has more price negotiating for a leftover '09?

Or will T offer juicy rebates to move '10HL's- giving me choices?

thanks

2009s are made in Japan; 2010s and up are mostly made in North America. The later 2009s have all the "bugs worked out (metal oil line, rattles-free, etc) and IMO is the best HL currently available. Additionally, as all non-Japanese Highlanders are not allowed to be leave the dealership, 2009s are only new Highlanders currently available for sale.

I'm in SoFLa, I found a couple '09's... I did not know later year built '09's had the "bugs" worked out. What production months are considered late builds? Do I determine build date via VIN?

Should I be able to negotiate a better price for this '09?

The HL is at nearby dealership and not the one I previously made a purchase from. Do I get the HL transferred to my DLR? is there a fee? Does it make a diffference? I have no likes of dislikes of the DLR I made previous purchase
