Was looking to figure out the differences between the various 4 wheel drive systems Toyota offers and found this salesmen training video

Interesting find. Gives nice simple explanations of how each Toyota system operates. Of course part of being a simple explanation is that any disadvantages are omitted(wouldn't expect a manufacturer to do otherwise).

For people who know little or nothing about 4WD systems, that is a pretty informative video. I'll have to conjure up something to add to the sticky threads in all the Highlander forums. It'll make it easier to reference people to the sticky as the relevant questions get asked over time. Thanks, ROOK.
