Got mine February 2008 and so far have 25,000 miles. Most of my miles are on my trips to the desert and off-roading, but also freeway miles on other kinds of road trips. Overall, my mileage split is about 20% city and 80% highway. I've driven my Highlander without stopping for up to eight hours and almost 500 miles, and was comfortable the whole way. I've never been able to say or do that with any other vehicle I've owned.

We have had ours for about 3 months and have 2000 miles on it, so we drive about 150 a week. Roughly....of course we have 3 other cars, Camry, Corolla and Chevy Venture, so the miles get divided amongst them. Just depends on what we want when we go.
Good mileage and XM RADIO then Corolla
Decent mileage and comfort then Camry
Roominess for 6 or 7 and comfort Highlander
Don't care about any of the above.....Venture.

To tell the truth, for a couple of trips I had no intention of stopping and didn't drink a thing after getting up in the morning and hitting the road. Desperate needs call for desperate measures....

A little off-topic...
I wish some of my co-workers are like you. During the work hours some of them must of use the mens room like 20 times a day (not that I counted). It drives me insane! But what am I suppose to do? "Hey, uh...you're...."
We have 2 vehicles and commute by rail to work so we don't drive quite as much anyways during the week, most of our driving is weekends. '08 Sport HL bought in 3/08, just have 14k on it.

24,754 miles in the first year or about 476 average miles per week... I should buy stock in Shell...
According to my spreadsheet my Cumulative MPG up to that point was 20.9MPG. Average Interstate / Highway MPG is 24.5MPG with a best tank of 25.7MPG. Average Commuting MPG is 20.5MPG with a worst tank of 18.6MPG...
