CD stuck in 2009 Limited 4 disc changer

I have a 2009 Limited with Navigation. In CD slots 3 & 4 the CDs are stuck.

I loaded 4 perfectly fine CDs and played discs 1 & 2, and while driving the player went to change to disc 3 an clicked and clicked and finally said CD error.

When I got to work, I ejected all, and the first two Cds came out, and the unit clicked some more and now has determined I have NO CDs in the unit.

The screen shows all 4 slots empty. I can load Cds back into slots 1 & 2 and play, but it is like my 4 disc changer is now a 2 disc change.

This is my second time with this. The first the car was 3 weeks old and the dealer replaced the unit and returned my cd via mail. They claimed it was the security label from the library CD. In this case, I used factory made Cds, no labels.

I am hesitant to take it in as the repair took 4 days the last time with no loaner and it was a major hassle.

Is there a way to force eject CDs?

Anyone else suffering from stuck CDs in this Nav/JBL/CD Unit?

I don't have any advice for you other than take it back to the dealer.

Man, that blows. Twice already?

I save the videos for the RSES. The front player gets merely CDs. Audiobooks. Commuting for 90 minutes each way with NO Cd player does suck.

I scheduled service again on this unit. As a life long Toyota owner, this plus the recalls is really making me rethink quality and dependability. I spent a good chunk of money of a truck with less than 10K miles and its been in for service 9 times for various defects, recalls and problems. My past 3 Toyotas had oil changes, tires and brakes and lasted 150K miles.

I had hoped there was some secret eject code or way to force the CDs out. Save me some time.

I had the radio out of the dash yesterday, and I didn't see any openings or manual releases, the thing is built like a brick.
