OK.
1. Open the rear hatch
2. Remove the rear jack cover(piece across the back)
3. Remove the piece behind that, the one that folds up with the rear seats. To do this, simply place a flat object between the plastic tray and the floor and twist, the secondary floor will pop up, if I remeber there are 4 snaps on it.
4. Once you do that, you will see a fabric looking thing, gently pry thr 3 holders off of the plastic tray where the fabric meets the tray.
5. You should be able to now see behind the seat, and should be able to see the seat belt ends.
6. Fish the seatbelt ends back through the "channel" type cutout in the seat, on the left and right sides.
7. Reattach the belts.

OR, you could take it back to the dealer and make then finish the job they didnt do in the first place! This would be my option, just on principle!
