Valet key?

I didn't get Valet key with my new 2010 Highlander base from Dealer. Just got two master keys with remotes. Should I be getting a third Valet key? Do I need to call customer service at dealer?

If your owners manual shows one, then yes the dealer owes you one

Our 2010 base Highlander came with a valet key plus the 2 master keys with the remote, I think you should contact the dealer and request your valet key

My '09 HL Ltd came with just the 2 remotes. Possibly because it has push button start and keyless entry. My '06 had 2 remotes and a valet key.

If the remotes and keys are seperate from each other you should have got a third key if the HL has Smart Entry like peterk9 mentioned it would have only the 2 key/remotes.

my dealer's excuse was, "we can't find them". why do they do this, whats the point of hiding our valet keys?!

Thank you all for the great replies. Mine is base edition without smart key so I should have a valet key. I called the dealer today and he says he gave it to me when I took the delivery. I don't have it and can't argue with him as he says he has already given it to me :-(
