How to adjust driving light function

Hey guys

I've got a 2008 Highlander Hybrid with navi.

Is it possible to change the function of the driving light?

At the moment its like this:
Off = off
DRL = Driving Light (50% energy to headlights, no parking, no taillights)
Parking Light = if engine doesnt run = standart parking light, if it runs its like DRL
Driving Llight = 100% Headlight incl. parking incl taillights

I want the possibility to have the parking lights running even if the engine is working because ive connected some LED DRLs to the parking light and removed the parking lights itselves.

Can somebody tell me where I can change this stuff?

Hope everybode understood what I was supposed to say.

Cheers from switzerland

See the Customizable Electronic Features link under the More Maintenance Issues sub-category in the Modifications & Maintenance sticky at the top of the forum page. DRL, headlight shutoff at door locking, plus one or two others can be set IIRC.
