2008 Highlander GPS Antenna Location?

I believe I have to replace the GPS on my Navi. The signal keeps cutting in and out. It might possibly be loose? Could anyone direct me or give me a link to a DYI or post where I could find my GPS sensor? I have the factory installed Navigation.

Thanks again.

I would recommend either buying the Factory Service Manual for the 2008 Highlander, which will provide you with descriptions, locations, diagrams, and troubleshooting information for the nav system. A cheaper alternative would be to pay for a two-day, $15 subscription to Toyota's Technical Information Service that offers all the same information.

most oem gps antennas are under the dash. On my old ridgeline, honda put it under the dash so i found the part number for the mount and used it to mount my gps antenna there as well. worked like a charm. i would expect the same with toyota.

I recently got the 2 day pass to TIS, and pulled down a lot of the info about the 08 highlander, the antenna looks like it is mounted under the dash (TIS says to remove all electrical components, dash, all the defroster components, and speakers to get to it) near the center at the front.
