No DRL ?

Hello everyone,
I've noticed that there is no DRL and auto headlight with my 09 HL Hybrid. Am I right?
Even my 09 Corolla has auto headlight! that is now history.

I believe that the "Light Control Package" is standard on Limiteds, and may be an option on Base models.

Just checked...not even an option on Base models.

My 2010 Highlander base has this option. It comes with extra option#2.
(Highlander Extra Value Package (savings of up to $300) -- includes black roof rails and cargo area tonneau cover, manual rear air conditioning system with rear vents for second and third rows, engine immobilizer [2], Light Control Package (includes Daytime Running Lights (DRL) and auto on/off light control system))
