Problems with aux port. need help
I have a 09 HL sport, and my problem is that i installed a overhead dvd and i hard wired it to the aux port on dash. It gets wierd from here, after i got everything hooked up i wanted to try it out. And pushed disc/aux on radio and it went to cd. Pushed again stayed on cd no aux. I was confused so i pluged a I-Pod into port and hit aux button. and there it was, aux came up on radio and the music from I-Pod was playing on stereo speakers. So i was trying to get the dvd to do that. so i unpluged the I-Pod but left cord in port and the dvd had alot of static and with volume full blast u could barely here it. So if anybody can help and tell me what i done wrong and what i need to do to fix it. Thanks
