Roof Rails

After much research, I finally found the source for 2008 HL roof rails by viewing the thread on this site. Looked up oznest888 on eBay and contacted them but got no response on whether they will ship to the States. Does anyone know if they will?
Great site!
Thanks

I believe you are talking about the seller oznest88. I did a search on his "highlander roof rails" (Ebay Item 120498682093) and looks like the auction states that the seller will ship the rails for free to the States.

I bought my rails from him in December 09. The product looks just like the factory rails. I have had no problems other than I noticed the screws under the rail have signs of rust. I have taken some rust convertor on a Q-tip and put it on them. Other than that, very happy. I think I paid, 360 delivered with free shipping.

Looks like 400106762015 is the same product but located in the US and almost twice less. Also found 220532527527, comes in multiple colors from China for total of $241

^^I saw the same thing. I would imagine they are all sourced from the same Chinese manufacturer.

I didn't put the factory cross rails. Too many posters talk how weak they are. I'm looking at something a little stronger. I ordered the silver and they look really nice. My wife says they change the whole look of the car.

Did you order from OZEST or another seller on Ebay?

It was oznest88.
He is located in New SouthWales, Australia. I was a little concerned about ordering something from overseas, but he shipped within 7 days and it was packed nice and like the others I read, the instructions were good. It looks like factory rails.

Feedback looks like 98.9%

Did all the covers latches and stay on the boots?

thanks.

Yes, they appear to be the same. Mine were all black in color. I've been very pleased with them. All parts fit well.

USA Just purchased rails and rack from Oznest88

I just purchased the entire rail and crossbar set from Oznest (Ebay Australia) on July 9 and recieved them on July 12 (fast). I am in NH and own an 08 Highlander (there called Klugers over in Australia). Entire set cost me $525 US. There 285 $AU plus $185 shipping to US. So after the currency conversion came to US 525. Toyota dealership wanted $420 per rail, so both left and right rail would have cost me $840 and thats not including the Crossbars. I Opened them up yesterday and I was surprised on how sturdy these are. Not sure if these are factory rail\crossbars but almost seem to be to good of quality to be. Going to install today. Will update later. I do recommend this seller.

Roof Rack

Earlshoes,
How did the roof rack installation go? I need to do the same. How sturdy to they seem once installed? I hope to put 2 canoes on the roof (150 lbs for both). Have you had much up there yet? Same place still has some in stock.
Thanks,
Dirk
