Beep...Beep...Beep

Hello,
My Aunt and Uncle have a 2009 Highlander Hybrid. Sometimes, while driving forward there is a beep sound every 2-3 minutes. It does not always happen. They have thought about looking at the GPS and Bluetooth to see if it has something to do with them, but could not find anything. The parking brake is off, and we are not low on gas when it happens. Everyone also has their seatbelt on and all doors including the back are fully latched. Not due for service, any ideas why the thing could be beeping?

The VSC will yell at you (beep, beep, beep) if it senses the vehicle is loosing traction, but if your Aunt and Uncle are in Arizona, I don't think traction is the issue.
