I bought this adapter from Amazon a couple months ago. I've been pretty happy with it.

It will alow you to play an iPod through the SAT input and you can add another AUX input also.

My aftermarket DVD was connected into the AUX input.

If you just want an AUX input, don't bother with an iPod Adapter. I have the TOY03-AUX PIE adapter in my wifes Highlander and it works great connecting the rear overhead DVD to the stereo...and its only $60. I also use the USA SPEC iPod adapaters, etc and they are nice, but not worth the extra money if you don't use an iPod.

Amazon Amazon

Or do a google search for TOY03-AUX.

I've just installed an alpine overhead unit and connect to AUX of the factory stereo. It sounds amazing. I can easily switch if I need to plug in my ipod/iphone.
