Question how do i disable DRL?!?!

as you can tell by my username, im a noob. but ive been searching on here and google on how to disable the daytime running lights on my 2008 highlander. i installed some HIDs from ddmtuning.com and they're on constantly, even in parking light mode. anyone with any info or help is greatly appreciated. thanks in advance!!

Doesn't your headlight switch have a DRL Off setting just beneath Auto?

I still want to use the auto feature like I do in the HL so i am hoping htey are programmable just the same. We pick it up tomorrow (i hope)

You would have to ask a dealer but I would assume it has the same customizable settings as the Camry and Highlander.
