Deal or No Deal?

New member and first posting here. Have owned Toyotas for years and been looking at the Highlanders. I've found what appears to be a pretty good deal on a vehicle that was driven by the Sales GM at a dealership several hours away. So tell me, deal or not?

2010 Base Model Highlander 4 Cylinder
Mileage: 2300
Installed options:

DR
Black Roof Rails
$150.00

POST PRODUCTION OPTIONS
PP6
Digital Backup Sensor w/Color Keyed Sensors
$349.00
PV3
3-Row Carpeted Floor Mats w/Cargo Mat
$399.00
TG1
Color-Keyed Fender Flares
$549.00

I've also got them to agree to installing an OEM Class 3 Hitch and Receiver and wiring.

Total OTD price NOT including tax, tag and title is: $24,012.00

It's never been titled.. worked the deal for over a week now and ALL BY EMAIL.. no phones lol.. just emails. They gave me top dollar for my trade and have only seen photos. I've got a signed buyers order from the Sales GM if I want to go for it.. so what do you think?

I hope you specified an OEM hitch because the dealer will probably take it to Uhaul and have one installed there otherwise!

Sounds like a good deal to me!
