Tap into backup camera video?

I am installing a Rosen TY0830-H11 nav unit and would like to display the video from the backup camera on the unit. Does anyone have advice on how to tap into the video and reverse trigger signals? Are there any harnesses that connect at the input to the MID that might make this easier?
