Hitch Mounted Cargo Carrier

In our area we are not allowed to put out our yard waste (trimmings, grass, etc.) for the trash pickup, so we have to transport the stuff to the township recycle site. To do this I always just put trash barrels into the back of my Caravan. I'd rather not do that with my brand new HL and since I am getting a hitch installed anyway I am considering a hitch mounted cargo carrier for the barrels/bags of yard waste.

Can anyone recommend a model and a place to get one of these?

Looked via the search but didn't find anything specific on cargo carriers.

Harbor Freight sells a good one. The limit is 500lbs. but that is probably your tongue weight limit anyways. And you'll have a hard time beating this price.
