Oil Capacity 2010 V6 HL

For those who change their own oil, how much do you put in on an oil/filter change? Did the first oil/filter change on mine today and I put in 6 qts. and it shows full on the dipstick. The owners manual states the capacity is 6.4 qts. for oil/filter change but the video in the maintenance section states 6 qts., although that is a 2008, mine is a 2010. I wouldn't think Toyota would change the capacity, I believe it is the same engine as 2008.
Based on the video I put in 6 qts. figuring if it was short I could always add, but if I put in 6.4 qts and it is too full, it would be a pain to remove .4 qts.
Just wondering how much others are using.

If I let it drain for a bit, 6.5 quarts and good to go. Its foolish to care or even worry about couple ounces in either direction.
