2010 Highlander Leather Seats/DVD Headrests

Hi Everyone,
We recently purchased a 2010 Highlander and I am going to install DVD
headrests. My question is how does the leather seats remove on these cars so I can get to the dvd wires? Anyone done this before that has pics or a diagram on how the leather is removed from the seats? Thanks in advance.

Some systems don't require wiring. Here's a link to a past thread that may shed some light on the DVD headrests and show a wireless option. I'm not saying it'll answer your questions, though.

Don't need to remove any leather. You just reach up the back under the leather and pull down the harness. It's long enough to bring each harness into the console and grab a 12 volt supply there.

I bought the tan set. Side by side they are slightly different but once installed you just don't notice it at all.

Yes, the fishing the wire harness down the back of the HL's seat isn't too bad, just a little patiences. I have the Tan DVD headrest player, but I can't comment on the color match since I have custom Tan/Brown leather seats in my HL.

Pulling the wire on a Acura MDX seat, now that was a pain!

Power

I just used a tap off the middle console's outlet since it's the closes to the headrests.

The problem I have is the Vizualogics require a constant and switched power.. I can get the switched there but not sure where to grab the constant??
