4 Bikes Carrier-Hitch Style

Hello all,

Any recommendation on a 4 bikes carrier for the Highlander? I am getting the OEM factory hitch installed in a week or two and need a bike carrier next. I would appreciate some recommendation on the brand, where to buy and how much. Thanks!

Sam

Regardless of what kind you buy... make sure it doesn't cover your LP or tail lights when bikes are on it. DPS gives tickets out like candy for that. It's one of their favorites.

the selection out there is like a Chinese menu...alot of it will come down to your personal preference. Thule and Yakima will be the main choices. I have a 3 year old basic Yakima 4-bike hitch and like it alot. Easy to load/unload and tilts out of the way.

Try http://www.rackattack.com/
I just bought a Thule roof rack system for my 2011 Limited from them. Good prices, great service and one of the best/easiest to navigate web-sites I have found.

Good luck w. your shopping

I have this and love it... Collapses out of the way and does not cover up any lights.

Bought it from a local bike shop.

I have used this for the past 2 years. Works great, is very stable. You will be hard pressed to fit 4 full size Mt. Bikes on it though. Road bikes would be no problem.
